Tracy MacNeal is the CEO of Materna Medical. She is a chemical engineer, a Duke MBA, a healthcare entrepreneur, and a medical technology investor. A driver for health equity, Tracy also serves on the Board of Directors for AdvaMed, the national industry organization for medical devices, and leads their Women’s Health Equity Initiative.
