Scott Fraser

Founding Partner of Fraser Healthcare, a consulting firm dedicated to growth strategies for top-tier MedTech companies and private equity firms. With thirty years of experience in commercializing new healthcare technologies and services, Scott is expertly equipped to assist clients in crafting innovative healthcare delivery models and strategies for ambulatory surgery center and private equity backed MSO growth.

Before establishing Fraser Healthcare, Scott served as the President of Physicians Endoscopy, a Kelso private equity backed ASC management company that was sold to Optum/SCA. There, he spearheaded growth initiatives by developing a comprehensive business plan and executing strategic transactions that formed a new practice management MSO division within the company. Scott was also part of the founding executive team at EndoChoice Inc. (NYSE: GI) in 2007, where he held the position of Global Vice President of Commercialization. EndoChoice, a company focused on the ambulatory surgery center market, received accolades from Inc. Magazine as one of the fastest-growing companies in America for five consecutive years. The company, backed by Sequoia Capital, achieved a successful IPO (NYSE: GI) before being acquired by Boston Scientific Corporation in 2016. Prior to his time at EndoChoice, Scott was the Director of Marketing at Given Imaging (NASDAQ: GIVN), now part of Medtronic, where he played a crucial role in launching the groundbreaking PillCam Video Capsule.

Scott’s career in healthcare started at Boston Scientific, where he held various leadership positions in sales, marketing, and market development during a significant growth period for the company.

He earned a B.Sc. in management from Villanova University, where he was recognized as a NCAA Academic All-American scholarship athlete, and he also holds an MBA from Boston University.
