
Paula LeClair
Paula LeClair is the Senior Vice President of HomeCare Service at Butterfly Network, Inc. Paula’s responsibilities encompass a broad spectrum of initiatives, from design and implementation of innovative service models to fostering collaborations with healthcare professionals, health plans and community stakeholders. Previously, Paula was US General Manager for Healthy.io, an Israel-based health tech startup, that is a leader in turning the smartphone camera into a medical grade device. As the first U.S. employee, Paula set the vision and business strategy for the U.S. team and successfully launched its at home Kidney Disease Test.
Paula is an innovative and versatile executive leader with a proven track record of driving growth and profitability across a range of corporate environments, including Fortune 500 companies, high-growth startups, and small entrepreneurial ventures within sectors such as digital health tech, medical devices, AI solutions, and high tech. She has a deep understanding of the complexities of the US healthcare system, including reimbursement, delivery, and regulation across all areas of the healthcare continuum, from physicians and pharmacies to administrators, payers, and economic buyers.
Paula holds a Master of Healthcare Delivery Science from Dartmouth College, a Master of Business Administration from Bentley University, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Arts from Saint Anselm College. She is a member of the American Diabetes Association Community Leadership Board of New England.
