Maureen Halligan

Maureen Halligan is the Vice President of Advisory & Innovation Services at Cambridge Consultants, where she leads programs to define and delivery medical technology innovations. Maureen has over 10 years of experience in applying human-centered design approaches to identify unmet needs, translate these needs into product requirements, and implement solutions that meet requirements and promote an optimal user experience. She has worked on a myriad of medical technologies, with a focus in surgical innovations and digital health solutions. She holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Virginia and an MS in Human Factors Engineering from Tufts University, where she previously taught Human Factors in Product Design. Maureen is a mother of two, and is passionate about creating mechanisms, communities, and innovations to better support women throughout and beyond the maternal care continuum.
